In January of 2005 a NAMO member was asked to arrange transportation for two major conventions. (Continentals INC) in June 2006 and (Delta Sigma Theta INC) in July of 2006. The first thing this NAMO member did was contact other NAMO members to assist with providing buses.

This NAMO member decided to rotate any large contracts between other NAMO members. This NAMO (Mrs Milton) member engaged other members to develop and implement a success model for convention transportation, this model has been developed and is currently being refined as a suitable model for cities around the U.S.
